Throughout the design process we identify hazards, eliminate where possible, mitigate where needed and document the whole thing in a comprehensive design risk assessment matrix, which forms part of our final design package. The design risk assessment correlates with our design drawings to ensure any residual hazards are highlighted and communicated to the people using the design on site.
